WEINGARTEN RIGHTS

This case was filed out of Northern Virginia and a case was settled that involved members being denied their Weingarten rights. This involved management under VP Chis Childs and as a result of the settlement, all managers under Childs are supposed to receive training. The Local will also post on the bulletin boards. Please use this if necessary and make sure all members know their rights.
