CWA, Local 2201 Retiree's Chapter - Richmond

Meetings are held September through June on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.  Meetings are held at the Local, 5809 Lakeside Avenue, Richmond, Virginia at 12 noon.  These are covered dish meetings so please bring a dish to share.  *For the Months of November and June, meetings are held at a local restaurant.  Call the local for information.  **For the month of December, the meeting is catered by Local 2201.

Mission Statement

• Organize Retired CWA members
• Participate in demonstrations through boycotts, picket lines, etc. in aid and support of CWA organizing efforts
• Participate in CWA annual conventions and conferences

The Retiree’s Chapter meets the second Wednesday of each month from September through June. Most of the meetings are held at the Local office, 5809 Lakeside Avenue with some exceptions. The meetings are a covered dish luncheon with fellowship followed by up to date information for each retiree. Occasionally, there will be guest speakers to enjoy as well. The December meeting/Christmas party is hosted by CWA, Local 2201.
